Broad M2 money supply in March grew 8.6 percent on-year - the highest in 13 months, data released by the People’s Bank of China showed on Friday, also well above estimates. Analysts had expected a rise to 8.2 percent, from 8.0 percent in February. There is still considerable growth in China's money supply and monetary aggregates: China's M2 money supply growth ticked up in August, at 8.2% y/y, after 8.1% in July.
